The Issaquah Middle School project is a progressive design-build project. Harris’ design partner for the project was Hargis. Harris performed the complete plumbing, including domestic, DWV, acid waste, hot water plant and fixture trim. The center is comprised of multiple active-power and cooling distribution paths, has 2N redundant mechanical systems and is fault tolerant. There is a small administration office totaling approximately 30,000 square feet. The remainder of the facility consists of a data center, electrical support areas, and mechanical rooms.
