WeWork TI @ Gateway 6

Harris was awarded the mechanical and plumbing scopes for the Level 4 and 5 WeWork office space at the Gateway 6 in Salt Lake City, Utah. The project was a retrofit in an existing office space, which required demo of existing systems and installation of new VAV’s, ductwork and piping. VA Lafayette Building

The Lafayette Building Veterans Administration Tenant Improvement project was a GSA modernization of an approximately 281,000 gross square-foot warm-lit shell. The modernization required an interior fit-out to meet the needs of the veterans. The administration space fit-out included office spaces, core conference spaces, a training room, computer rooms, audio/visual studios and storage spaces. Tesla Gigafactory

Harris’ scope included plumbing, mechanical piping, process piping and ductwork. This was a highly collaborative design-assist project. The facility is approximately 5.3 million square feet of operational production and advanced manufacturing space across multiple floors and several acres. Reagan National Airport Secure National Hall

The Secure National Hall project includes the construction of two 500,000-square foot additions to the west side of existing Terminal B-C to house passenger security screening, airline check-in, concessions, restrooms and various information kiosks. Reagan National Airport New North Concourse

The Reagan National Airport New North Concourse is a three-level, 230,000-square-foot, $374 million concourse, which is part of a larger $1 billion terminal redevelopment plan at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Arlington, Virginia. Prescott VA Mental Health Building

Harris was chosen to install the plumbing and HVAC for the Prescott VA Mental Health Building. The plumbing systems were cast iron underground waste piping, cast iron above ground waste and vent piping. The domestic water systems are standard copper with re-circulated hot water systems. The systems did not require any special medical gases or special equipment, making installation easier. Phoenix International Raceway

The Phoenix International Raceway project was a combination of three phases; a renovation of the existing grandstands, new grandstands and 13 new buildings located in the infield of the track. Each phase included plumbing, sheetmetal ductwork for the suites, track operations, concessions, kitchens and toilet facilities. Owatonna Energy Station

Harris performed the complete mechanical installation for Southern Minnesota Municipal Power’s 38.8 MW natural gas-fired power plant in Owatonna, MN. The plant was designed to replace the power generating capacity the city lost during a flood in 2010. Marshfield Cancer Center + Hospital Expansion

Harris recently completed the Marshfield Clinic Health System’s 200,000-square foot hospital and a 40,000-square foot cancer center expansion. The project includes a new central heating and cooling plant. The clinic’s mechanical systems are currently connected by underground tunnels with the hospital feeding the cancer center from a central chilled water, hot water and medical gas system. Harris was awarded the contract for the new ESPN Studio at The Linq Hotel along the Las Vegas Strip. The project will include 2,300 square feet of new studio space and 2,400 square feet of renovated office space.
