Precision Manufacturing Equipment

The scale and scope of our manufacturing work allows us to invest in the most advanced cutters, drills, welding equipment and plasma tables. This provides unmatched precision at high speed. Every component is manufactured to exact specifications, using automated cutting and beveling processes to ensure perfect cuts and bevels for fit up. We also have our welds routinely X-rayed for quality assurance.

In-house Certified Experts

Our crew of expert fabricators is certified in pressure vessel repairs and alterations, power piping, power boilers and a wide range of welding specialties. To move a project forward, Harris has allowed other trades to work at our manufacturing facilities on the components we have assembled. Whatever the job involves — welding, grinding, grooving, assembly — safety is our first priority.

Certifications include:

  • ASME: R (Pressure Vessel Repairs and Alterations), PP (Power Piping), S (Power Boilers), U (Pressure Vessels and Parts)
  • Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW)
  • Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)
  • Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW)
  • Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)
