Allegiant Stadium, Home of the Raiders

Harris was awarded the design-assist contract for the $1.8 billion Allegiant Stadium Home of the Raiders. The stadium features 65,000 seats (expandable to 72,000), 9 exclusive clubs, over 120 high-end suites, a retractable natural turf field, large operable walls and a clear ETFE roof. Epic Data Center

The new data center, previously owned by a private client, is currently owned by Epic. Epic is a privately held healthcare software company. The data center is a 62,000 square foot two-story building that was designed to support the client’s campuses in Rochester, Scottsdale and Jacksonville. Tesla Gigafactory

Harris’ scope included plumbing, mechanical piping, process piping and ductwork. This was a highly collaborative design-assist project. The facility is approximately 5.3 million square feet of operational production and advanced manufacturing space across multiple floors and several acres. Reagan National Airport Secure National Hall

The Secure National Hall project includes the construction of two 500,000-square foot additions to the west side of existing Terminal B-C to house passenger security screening, airline check-in, concessions, restrooms and various information kiosks. Reagan National Airport New North Concourse

Phoenix International Raceway

The Phoenix International Raceway project was a combination of three phases; a renovation of the existing grandstands, new grandstands and 13 new buildings located in the infield of the track. Each phase included plumbing, sheetmetal ductwork for the suites, track operations, concessions, kitchens and toilet facilities. Marshfield Cancer Center + Hospital Expansion

Harris recently completed the Marshfield Clinic Health System’s 200,000-square foot hospital and a 40,000-square foot cancer center expansion. The project includes a new central heating and cooling plant.
