Harris remodeled the HVAC and plumbing systems in a 101,000 square-foot warehouse. The space was originally a retail location and was made into a family fun/amusement center. We started underslab and cut in new plumbing for six new restrooms. The existing RTUs were retrofitted with new duct work to accommodate the new spaces.
