G4CE Family Fun Center

Harris remodeled the HVAC and plumbing systems in a 101,000 square-foot warehouse. The space was originally a retail location and was made into a family fun/amusement center. We started underslab and cut in new plumbing for six new restrooms. The existing RTUs were retrofitted with new duct work to accommodate the new spaces. The new spaces included a laser tag area, mini golf, bowling alley and party rooms.

Several issues were resolved by our team. These included new rooftop units that replaced broken equipment, pressurized water tanks to help with low pressure and volume and broken sewer/grease lines. We helped find the right solution for our client and also provided them with the best value for their budget. The project was a great success for our team.
