Harris remodeled the HVAC and plumbing systems in a 101,000 square-foot warehouse. The space was originally a retail location and was made into a family fun/amusement center. The Martin Bostetter Courthouse is a historic building located in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. The project presented many challenges from design to completion. The project was completed one-hundred percent during the night hours. This alone made it difficult to manage but location was key.
