Adjacent to the newly constructed T-Mobile Arena, the home of the completed Monte Carlo Park Theater is the cornerstone for entertainment in the new Park District on the world-famous Las Vegas Strip.
Harris was selected to install new plumbing, piping and HVAC systems for the new concert hall/theater located inside the Monte Carlo Casino. This state-of-the-art theatre features seating for 5,200 guests across three seating levels, seven bars and one of the widest stages in the world.

Harris provided mechanical services for the new building that unites the Minnesota Departments of Agriculture and Health (MDA/MDH) in a single space. The project required the installation of 90,000 feet of piping. Since the building includes lab space, much of the piping had to be acid resistant to safely provide for chemical disposal. Harris worked as the prime contractor for Xcel Energy’s 5th Street Substation Transformer Cooling System Replacement project. The project involved demolishing the existing cooling system and installing an efficient, closed-loop system to service the new transformer.
