Churchill Downs Oak Grove

Harris was awarded the HVAC and plumbing package for the new Churchill Downs race and Gaming Facility in Oak Grove, Kentucky. This face-paced project includes a 150,000-square-foot gaming and entertainment venue, a 128-room hotel, race-day and overnight stables, an equestrian center, amphitheater, an RV park and maintenance buildings. Banner Del Webb Tower D

The Banner del Web project was a change of the lower floor of the building from a fully exhausted constant volume system to a variable air-volume system with return air. Harris was selected as the prime contractor based on qualifications and approach to execute the project. Birdseye Foods Ammonia System Upgrades

In spring of 2018, Harris installed a new ammonia compressor, intercooler, and new piping and accessories at the Birdseye Plant in Waseca, MN.
