SLCC Westpointe Center

Harris was selected by Big-D Construction as the mechanical and plumbing subcontractor for the new Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) Westpointe Career and Technical Education Center. SJU McKeown Community Center

McKeown Community Center is the community center for Flynntown — the lower campus of Saint John’s University (SJU) — and is designed to the LEED Silver standard. To reduce energy usage efficient lighting, HVAC and plumbing systems were installed. Harris designed and installed controls systems that monitor energy usage in real time. Data is used by SJU physical plant workers and environmental studies students to adjust performance. Read More

SJU Hill Museum & Manuscript Library

The Hill Museum & Manuscript Library, located on the architecturally distinguished Saint John’s University campus, houses the world’s largest collection of images of manuscripts from the Middle East, Europe and Ethiopia, and a collection of prints ranging from the 15th century to the present. In the office, workspace and archive areas, Harris installed new heating, ventilation and air conditioning controls systems, providing an optimal environment for the museum’s collection and its users. Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center Upgrade Chiller Plant

Facing the challenge of preserving sensitive historical artifacts, Harris was the selected mechanical contractor for the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center at the National Air and Space Museum in Chantilly, Virginia. Monte Carlo Park Theater

Adjacent to the newly constructed T-Mobile Arena, the home of the completed Monte Carlo Park Theater is the cornerstone for entertainment in the new Park District on the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. Harris was selected to install new plumbing, piping and HVAC systems for the new concert hall/theater located inside the Monte Carlo Casino. MDA/MDH Laboratory Building

Harris provided mechanical services for the new building that unites the Minnesota Departments of Agriculture and Health (MDA/MDH) in a single space. The project required the installation of 90,000 feet of piping. Since the building includes lab space, much of the piping had to be acid resistant to safely provide for chemical disposal. Harris was selected by Layton Construction and Argent Group as the design-builder for the mechanical and plumbing work on the new Innovation Pointe development. Hyatt Place Provo

Harris was selected as the mechanical and plumbing design-build partner by Bonneville Builders and PEG Development for the new four-story hotel located in Provo, Utah. This 84,000-square foot hotel consists of 132 minimalist-style rooms that include some of the new high-end Hyatt standards including new Moen type plumbing fixtures. HCMC Ambulatory Outpatient Specialty Center

The Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC) Ambulatory Outpatient Specialty Center was initially designed to relocate over 20 different departments associated with HCMC into one building. As the design progressed, more square footage was added to accommodate additional departments.
