RBC Plaza BAS Retrofit

Harris was selected by Cushman & Wakefield NorthMarq to upgrade the building automation system. The RBC Plaza had an existing Honeywell XL Plus system with an integrated fire alarm. The upgrades required the mechanical BAS to be separated from the fire alarm system in the 40-story skyscraper in downtown Minneapolis. Fort Meade Building 8607 Renovation

This project for the US Army Corp of Engineers consisted of design and construction of an existing barracks building. The building was converted into administrative space for a designated end user. VA Lafayette Building

The Lafayette Building Veterans Administration Tenant Improvement project was a GSA modernization of an approximately 281,000 gross square-foot warm-lit shell. The modernization required an interior fit-out to meet the needs of the veterans. The administration space fit-out included office spaces, core conference spaces, a training room, computer rooms, audio/visual studios and storage spaces. US Bank Center Place Chiller Change Out

Harris Service recently completed the change out of a 130-Ton Air Cooled Chiller on the US Bank Center Place building in Rochester, MN. This was a Design-Build project with Harris being the prime contractor. Minnesota State Capitol Restoration

In June 2013, Harris was selected to provide the demolition and replacement of all existing plumbing, HVAC piping and sheet metal and temperature control systems for the restoration of the more than 100-year-old historic Minnesota State Capitol building. MDA/MDH Laboratory Building

Harris provided mechanical services for the new building that unites the Minnesota Departments of Agriculture and Health (MDA/MDH) in a single space. The project required the installation of 90,000 feet of piping. Since the building includes lab space, much of the piping had to be acid resistant to safely provide for chemical disposal. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota N4 and River Park Upgrade

Harris partnered with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota (BCBS) to complete a building automation retrofit for two buildings on the Blue Cross campus in Eagan, Minnesota. American Airlines Office and Data Center Renovation

Harris helped American Airlines renovate their office and data center to adjust to changing business needs. Construction took place in four phases to accommodate the occupants.
