Harris remodeled the HVAC and plumbing systems in a 101,000 square-foot warehouse. The space was originally a retail location and was made into a family fun/amusement center. We started underslab and cut in new plumbing for six new restrooms. The existing RTUs were retrofitted with new duct work to accommodate the new spaces. The Martin Bostetter Courthouse is a historic building located in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. The project presented many challenges from design to completion. The project was completed one-hundred percent during the night hours. This alone made it difficult to manage but location was key. Harris had seven tractor trailers loaded with equipment parked in an area that was barely large enough for a passenger vehicle to pass. Noise was also an issue during the night hours.

Harris performed the complete plumbing, including domestic, DWV, acid waste, hot water plant and fixture trim.
