Twin Arrows Casino Resort Expansion

Twin Arrows Casino Resort is a five-story, 110-room, 71,630-square foot hotel addition with a 7,548-square foot spa. Harris performed installation of HVAC equipment including a 500-ton air cooled chiller and boiler, outside air and exhaust risers and a vertical and horizontal fan coil unit. St. Olaf College Tomson Hall

Tomson Hall was built over the top of the old science building after Regents Hall, a new science building, was constructed. The existing building was almost demolished, leaving only the foundation and columns. Harris worked with The Boldt Company and Muska Electric to complete this design-build project on-time and under the original budget. The Hotel Minneapolis

Harris was hired by M.A. Mortenson Company to help transition a 10-story vintage bank building into a sleek downtown hotel. Harris performed the design-build mechanical construction and temperature control services. Central Arizona Project (CAP) Chiller Project

Harris, in coordination with the Central Arizona Project (CAP), replaced the existing water-cooled chillers with air-cooled chillers at the Brady, Picacho and Red Rock Pumping Plants on the CAP Aqueduct. Allina Central Laboratory

The Central Laboratory project consolidated the services provided by over 50 laboratories into one core lab located on the Abbott Northwestern campus in Minneapolis. Built on the second floor of an Allina warehouse, the total construction area covers approximately 76,000 square feet. Abbott & Children’s Hospitals Mother Baby Center

Harris performed the plumbing, HVAC and temperature controls work for the new Mother Baby Center at Abbott Northwestern Hospital and Children’s Hospital. Park Nicollet Women’s Center at Methodist Hospital

Harris provided both plumbing and HVAC services for the Park Nicollet Women’s Center at Methodist Hospital located in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. The design-build project included a 30,000-square foot build-out on the fifth floor of the existing hospital.
