The Whatcom Community College Student House Phase 1 is an 89,000-square-foot, 221 bed dormitory facility. Additionally, it includes administration offices, public rest rooms, laundry, a mechanical equipment room, kitchen and community rooms. The Issaquah Middle School project is a progressive design-build project. Harris’ design partner for the project was Hargis. Harris performed the complete plumbing, including domestic, DWV, acid waste, hot water plant and fixture trim. The Phoenix International Raceway project was a combination of three phases; a renovation of the existing grandstands, new grandstands and 13 new buildings located in the infield of the track.
