River Towers HVAC Revitalization + Remediation

For the River Towers HVAC Revitalization and Remediation project, Harris was the general contractor with multiple subcontractors direct with the owner. The project was design-build with mechanical, electrical, structural and architectural scope of work. The project consisted of condos with (2) towers, one 30 stories and the other 18 stories. There were also boilers, snowmelt, pool heating, plumbing heating and a 200-foot lattice flue structure up through the center of the building. This was an HVAC retrofit project that also included new air handlers, adding a campus wide glycol system and changing many coils and controls.
