Park Nicollet Burnsville Existing Clinic Remodel

Once Harris completed construction of the new Park Nicollet clinic and ramp, it was time to get started on remodeling the existing clinic. The existing clinic is roughly 80,000 square feet and is to remain open during construction.

Knutson Construction worked with the owner and put together a multi-phased schedule. Each phase would cover a certain area of the clinic while the surrounding areas remained open to patients. Multiple phases on a building of this size was challenging as we were installing plumbing and HVAC that would not be used until a future phase where the final connections would be made. The project will be completed by June of 2021. Park Nicollet patients will enjoy the new clinic and existing clinic and can travel between each building using the link.
