East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital Addition

Thanks to the efforts of the project team during the original East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital build-out, Harris was invited back to perform the construction of the 20-bed addition. With the addition of new patient rooms, this new facility also required room for additional support staff including an expanded dining area and new nursing stations. Arizona Supreme Court Central Plant

The Arizona Supreme Court building’s outdated chillers needed an upgrade. Harris was awarded the project to demolish and install a new central plant alongside MS Square Construction. The new plant required a highly scheduled and implemented phasing plan to tie-in two temporary chillers to provide the cooling load for the facility during construction.
