Diamond B Constructors Renames To Harris

ST. PAUL, Minn. – Diamond B Constructors (DBC) is changing its name to Harris. This reflects one of the final steps of a year-long transition. Harris announced in February 2018 that it acquired Diamond B Constructors, a Bellingham, Wash. based mechanical contractor, serving the Pacific Northwest for more than 109 years.

Harris acquired DBC as part of its continued growth and expansion strategy while adding to its industrial portfolio. Since last February, DBC has been able to provide additional high quality solutions to commercial and industrial customers in the Pacific Northwest by leveraging the entire company’s expertise.

“We’ve found a strong business and cultural fit between our two companies which has led to an extremely smooth transition,” said Pete Chapman, SVP + General Manager of DBC. “This has enabled us to focus on providing high quality work with trusted teams to our customers.”

As a unified company with ten regional locations, Harris offers deep expertise in design and engineering, construction, controls, service, manufacturing and conveyors. Harris reaches across offices to control costs and deliver outstanding results.

While DBC’s name is changing, their commitment to the Pacific Northwest customers is not. Harris will continue to have a regional office in Bellingham, Wash. They look forward to using their national reach, regional presence and local expertise to provide creative solutions for customers for many years.
