Xcel 414 Critical Infrastructure Upgrades

Harris worked as the mechanical contractor on the Xcel 414 Critical Infrastructure Upgrades project. The work consisted of replacing existing pipe, duct and equipment to upgrade the existing HVAC systems.

The building’s activities had to be maintained during construction. Harris provided temporary systems to allow normal work to continue while permanent systems were demoed and reinstalled. Harris also had to coordinate multiple shutdowns with the owner and other trades. This building has critical data centers that could not be affected during the work. Harris was able to complete the work without any issues.
